Overview

At Extra Rep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We offer a 30-day refund window for subscriptions, giving you time to evaluate the content and coaching you receive.

Please note: Single/one-time purchases are non-refundable as they provide immediate access to content. We encourage you to review content descriptions carefully before making one-time purchases.

Subscription Refunds (30-Day Window)

For subscription purchases only, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date for any of the following reasons:

  • The subscription content did not meet your expectations or the description provided
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented access to subscription content
  • The playmaker did not respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe
  • You were charged incorrectly or for a subscription you did not authorize
  • Any other reason—we want you to be satisfied with your subscription

To request a subscription refund, contact our support team at support@extrarep.com with your order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Single/One-Time Purchases

All single/one-time purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Individual video purchases
  • One-time content packages
  • Single workout plans or programs
  • Any other non-subscription purchases

Because single purchases provide immediate, permanent access to content, we are unable to offer refunds. Please review content descriptions, previews, and playmaker profiles carefully before completing your purchase.

Exception: If you experience a technical issue that completely prevents you from accessing purchased content and our support team cannot resolve it, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion. Contact support@extrarep.com for assistance.

How Subscription Refunds Are Processed

When a subscription refund is approved:

  • The full subscription amount will be credited back to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • Your access to the subscription content will be revoked
  • Any associated benefits (such as messaging access to the playmaker) will be terminated

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are issued through the same payment processor.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining time in your billing period unless you are within the 30-day refund window

If you cancel within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of that payment.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. Our support team is committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

If you do initiate a chargeback or dispute:

  • Your account may be suspended pending resolution
  • We will provide all relevant documentation to your financial institution
  • Resolution typically takes 60-90 days depending on your bank's processes

Impact on Playmaker Payouts

To protect both athletes and playmakers, Extra Rep has a 31-day payout delay for subscription earnings. This means:

  • Playmakers receive subscription earnings 31 days after the athlete's purchase
  • This delay accommodates the 30-day refund window for subscriptions
  • If a subscription refund is issued, the playmaker does not receive payment for that transaction
  • Playmakers are not penalized for legitimate refund requests
  • Single/one-time purchase earnings are paid out on the standard schedule since they are non-refundable

This policy ensures a fair marketplace for all participants while protecting against fraud and disputes.

Subscription Refund Exceptions

Even for subscriptions, refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the subscription purchase date
  • Abuse of the refund policy (such as repeated subscriptions and refunds with the same playmaker)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Subscriptions purchased with promotional credits or gift cards (may be subject to different terms)

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
